Private firearm training is the ultimate in personalized development, letting you work through a specific technique, fix a problem, or simply get the one-on-one attention you need. Private firearm sessions are a great way to get the hands-on experience you need to familiarize yourself better with firearm safety and use. Additionally, personal firearm training is an excellent chance for seasoned gun owners to brush up on any skills they need to improve on.
Our private firearm training in New Hope, MN, with a DMT instructor is perfect for those who:
● Have never worked with a firearm before, and would prefer to start in a private setting with personalized firearm lessons.
● Have identified an issue to work through in previous personal firearm training sessions, such as a significant crush or flinch (or if bullets somehow just don’t hit the target as they should).
● Are elite firearms operators who want to train a specific advanced skill with licensed private firearm training with a professional.
● Have a unique condition, such as a physical disability, requiring the personalized attention of a private firearm lesson.
● Cannot attend normal DMT class times.
Just like our in-person classes, private training sessions are held at our exclusive New Hope training facility, owned by Range Systems. The classroom and live fire range are unparalleled for the skills and drills you can work on there. With proper coordination, private training sessions could happen at the remote training facility of your choosing. (Prior discussion of costs must occur before the session.)
Private firearm sessions are paid per hour, with a maximum of two students per purchased private gun lesson. Students must provide their own ammunition. DMT does not sell ammunition but can suggest where to buy it. Please bring BRASS-cased ammo only for any private gun training program you sign-up for.
